I set up an appointment for an oil change. I am impressed with the Excellent customer service I received from Grand Prairie ford. I worked with Kimiyah and she did a fantastic job. I am definitely going back in the future to service my vehicle.

Kimiyah, greeted me with a warm smile, which made me feel good and wanted at the dealership. She answered all my questions, provided me with the Lyft to get work, keep me in the loop on what was wrong with my vehicle and fixed all 3 recall issues. Also the guys that dropped off my vehicle were so nice. Everyone was very professional. I will be coming back to get work done.
