When we experienced trouble on our way I to town Rockelle was very helpful & went out of her way to find a way to get my transmission fixed quickly & made sure to communicate early & often. She made a bad situation become positive with a compassionate warm positive attitude, attention to detail, & a welcoming smile. Relaxed atmosphere. Quality service at a reasonable price. Convenient location to both my home and work
My vehicle was fixed on time and fixed right. Everybody did their jobs with a very good attitude,
The service was great. I was told that it would take about two hours to fix the recall and it was done in about an hour.
Overall a good experience, one of the better ones I've dealt with Very nice and polite employees
