I had an incredible experience at Ford while getting my 2022 Explorer. Jorge truly took the time to listen to my situation, and I felt genuinely heard—not just like another sale. Even though I know it’s a commission-based process, I felt safe and supported, like someone was genuinely trying to help me. I would absolutely recommend everyone to go to Ford for that kind of care!

The service center was clean and service rep Rockelle was fantastic. Attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable of services. 4 stars why not 5? Had to wait for my car and wait at the cashier line because nobody was there at the time for me to pay. We had to ask the parts team to find the cashier. Cashier was great but that's the difference between 5 stars and 4.

I had an excellent experience except for the extra price for using a credit card. I would never buy a Ford vehicle from you knowing that you would increase the price by 3 % if I wanted to use a credit card for the down payment of the fully negotiated price I need a new Ford Explorer Limited but I'll have to buy it elsewhere
