Mr Cruz was very professional and very patient with our requests. My wife and I had some some vehicle requirements and asked to see various trucks. Mr Cruz brought them all out and did not pressure us into a decision. We had a good experience albeit expensive. I got the truck I wanted.

Came in to see Jackie Mercer based on reviews online. No appointment and he was very busy(rightfully so), so we didn’t mind the wait at all. Once we started the process, he handled the process seamlessly and efficiently. Literally had cars ready to go and already set up our first service appointment before we left.
