Nelson was great, very detailed and communicated effectively. The only negative in my opinion was I had a appt for an oil change and tire rotation at 0930 and it took over 3 hrs to complete. I had the day off so it was cool but a more efficient process would be appreciated in order to plan your day around but overall very happy with Nelson and Grand Prairie Ford!

A very professional salesman. He has 20 years experience. He is very attentive and accommodating to the customer. His focus is 100% on the customer. I enjoyed my free lunch too. A great guy to work with.

Both Antonio, the Service writer and David the Ford technician did an outstanding job! I could not be happier with the service I received! I’m a retired older man who has dealt with dealerships and service departments for over 50 years. I have used Nelson Courtney for service on my F250 several times. He is focused, effieicent and works well with the service techs to ensure quick, same day service.

I had to ask for extra additives when I usually don't have to. I showed my coupon twice and it still wasn't used on my bill. My points haven't been updated either.
