They don’t stand behind the products they sell. I found that the backup camera was clouded and I had only had the vehicle for a little over 2 months. They said I would have to pay almost $800 for them to replace the faulty camera. This was a 2017 year F350. When I purchased the vehicle I was led to believe that it was in great shape.
I went in to pick up my car from the service department and it took me 45 minutes for me to pick up my car this morning. 20 just to find the paper work and pay then 20 because a random guy came up and said they would wash it for me. The guy said it would be 5 minutes and it was 20. That’s not the worst part, I was driving off about to get on the highway and someone stopped me and pointed out that a huge flap was down on the bottom of my car. I recently bought my car here last year December. I had the worst service.I felt treated differently in many ways also lied to. I would never go back there to purchase another car.
RecommendedReturned calls! Washed and vacuumed truck! Service done under warranty! Yeah Ford! Truck was not looked at until a full day after agreed upon appointment😰
Horrible customer service! Inadequate training from the salesman to the management. I will never recommend this dealership to anyone - once they have your business...... they don’t do anything to maintain your business. Their communication is ridiculous.... AWFUL EXPERIENCE!
I decided to try this Ford location for my car’s oil service and tire rotation, even though it’s farther than the usual location I visit. I must point out my Service Advisor Chris Walker was very courteous and welcoming. Unfortunately, that is the only positive thing I can mention about Grapevine Ford. Horrible dealership. Bought my 2017 F250 here and also purchased the extended warranty. On Monday my engine started smoking (73k miles) so being 6 minutes away came right to the dealership just before 8AM. I opened the hood and diesel was all over the engine compartment. The service tech took my info and said it should be repaired in 2-5 days. Horrible horrible experience. I ask that if you are going to buy a car from Grapevine Ford please reconsider. These people have zero customer service I was sold a brand new car with damage and they were supposed to fix it right away and it has been weeks and the car still not fixed. Brand new car was parked under a tree and it got tree sap all over and they didn’t even clean it. The managers refused to help, and just gave me lame excuses. NO Customer Service whatsoever.
