Aaron in the service dept. was great!! Aaron was such a great help to me when I had to have my new fusion worked on! He was an excellent communicator and understood my requests. He displayed a very high level of professionalism as well. When I need my car serviced again I plan to only work with Aaron! Great Job!
Fully satisfied with service I received! I go through Kevin Magee in Fleet Service for our companies vehicles. He always gives a quote up front and our invoices match the quote. He understands we have a sense of urgency when one of company vehicles are out of service and follows up at all stages of repair. Just an added benefit, I also drive a Ford Edge as my personal vehicle, and Kevin takes care of my service needs also. Never had a problem with their service!
Excellent Sales and Service Department I was in the market for a F-350 and settled on a 4x4 dually lariat. When I talked it over with my wife, she said "absolutely not a dually". At that point I had to go back and get a deal re-worked on a single axle F-350 that we were both happy with. My salesman, Kevin Rucker was extremely patient with both my wife and myself. Great Service I bought my 2011 F-150 Platinum as soon as the Eco-Boost was available. I couldn't be any happier with the truck. I love my truck! I've had a few problems, but all were covered by warranty. And my Service Adviser, Aaron McBride, is great making sure my problem is fixed and that I am completely satisfied with the repair. All in all, I've only had great experience and service at Grapevine Ford.

Great Service I own a 2011 F-150 Platinum Eco-Boost that I bought from Grapevine Ford. Over the years I have had it in for service a few times and have experienced great service from their service department, especially my Service Adviser, Aaron McBride. He always gives me a call with updates if something comes up and afterwards makes sure that I am completely satisfied with the work that was done.
Best buying experiences with Kevin Rucker It's surprising when you find a car salesperson that you like working with so much you go back to him again and buy another car even when you don't really need one. Top Notch Performance I have purchased many vehicles in my lifetime and I must say my experience at Grapevine Ford was excellent.
