Great Customer Service Friday afternoon I noticed I had a nail in my tire and it was 6:30 before I arrived at the dealership. Without any hesitation, Aaron McBride said, "No problem, we will have your new tire on today" This meant the world to me since I had to travel the next morning early with my son's baseball team. At 7:03 I was driving out of the service bay with my new tire on and a big smile on my face. Thank you Aaron for your stellar customer service.
Grapevine Ford Lincoln Stands Alone As The Best! I am a regular customer at the Grapevine Ford Lincoln dealership because my husband travels a lot and GFL offers me services like washing and vacuuming my 2014 Escape, whenever I need or want to just stop by. Awesome Aaron Aaron was my service manager during a recent visit to Grapevine Ford Service Department. He was detailed and attentive and ensure that I understood what was wrong with my car. Fleet Service Kevin Magee most all ways takes care of my service problems . Some times we butt heads on repairs and I don't all ways come out on top but I think there are fair with me. Grapevine Ford's service is as good as any dealer I have dealt with Ford ,Dodge or Chevrolet.
