Great People...Great F-150 At 212,000+ miles, it was time to retire my old '97 F-150. After days of searching and visiting with other Ford dealerships in the area, I wasn't having any luck. Excellent Customer Service Although we started out a bit rough-there was a miscommunication about the vehicle I was interested in and the 2011 Dodge Durango Citadel I was interested in was no longer available, Jesse C. did everything possible to correct the mistake. Highly Rated Mustang Experience This is the 4th Mustang I?ve purchased from Grapevine Ford over about 7 or 8 years. This one was a little more involved. Basically I wanted a California package in a color that it doesn?t come in (Ruby Red). Super Service I was out of town when my son was driving one of my F250s. It stopped on the road in Dallas. I called the service department and scheduled for the truck to be towed to Grapevine Ford as I had some work done a couple months ago and they did a good job. They were prompt in assessing the problem and fixed it the next day. They worked with me while I was out of town, and I picked up the truck on my return to DFW airport. It was a job well done.

Good experience Wanted to purchase a used vehicle with a specific price/year/mileage range and Ryan worked hard to find something to fit my needs. When the only vehicle that matched what I wanted was a little over my specified mileage, they gave me a decent price. When we found out the vehicle only ran on premium fuel (which ups the monthly cost) they knocked another $50 off of the payment per month to make up for the cost of the fuel. Buying used can go your way Trading an old truck for one slightly less older, they will disappear for 15 min come back and make you a very low offer. Counter that offer with a firm yet reasonable number and Grapevine will try to make it happen. Polite, professional and I would go back again.
Ford Fusion-Used I recently purchased a used Ford Fusion from Grapevine Ford. The overall experience was wonderful! My sales manager was Gus Arakelian and there is not a better person to work with!
