Excellent Sales and Service Department I was in the market for a F-350 and settled on a 4x4 dually lariat. When I talked it over with my wife, she said "absolutely not a dually". At that point I had to go back and get a deal re-worked on a single axle F-350 that we were both happy with. My salesman, Kevin Rucker was extremely patient with both my wife and myself. Great Service I bought my 2011 F-150 Platinum as soon as the Eco-Boost was available. I couldn't be any happier with the truck. I love my truck! I've had a few problems, but all were covered by warranty. And my Service Adviser, Aaron McBride, is great making sure my problem is fixed and that I am completely satisfied with the repair. All in all, I've only had great experience and service at Grapevine Ford.
Top Notch Performance I have purchased many vehicles in my lifetime and I must say my experience at Grapevine Ford was excellent. Best buying experiences with Kevin Rucker It's surprising when you find a car salesperson that you like working with so much you go back to him again and buy another car even when you don't really need one. Great experience Because of the negative reviews we almost pasted up a really great deal. We had a great experience buying our new ford escape. We had searched prices for awhile and they consistently came in lower than the completion. They gave us a fare value for our trade in. More than I expected. The whole experience was really nice and easy. We will be back when we want to buy our 4th Ford Escape!
