Buying experience at Grapevine Ford After dealing with quite a few other dealers and even Carmax looking for a used car for my daughter, we found the exact car she was hoping for at Grapevine Ford. Great experience Because of the negative reviews we almost pasted up a really great deal. We had a great experience buying our new ford escape. We had searched prices for awhile and they consistently came in lower than the completion. They gave us a fare value for our trade in. More than I expected. The whole experience was really nice and easy. We will be back when we want to buy our 4th Ford Escape!
Great Service on Town Car. Thank You! Took the 2008 Town Car to a non-Lincoln dealer in December to have the struts replaced. They did a front end alignment as part of process. Turns out they misaligned the front end and the steering wheel was off center. Received a service coupon from Grapevine and thought I'd give them a try in fixing this issue. Duane Gallup is the man to see I found the car I wanted on cars.com and autotrader and luckily got Duane when I called. I drove 200 miles to get the car and Duane got everything rolling, literally.
