The buying process was rough.... I came to this dealership, interested in a Mustang they had advertised on the internet. Our salesman was very friendly and courteous. We noticed that the advertised price on the car was 3K more than the Internet price and our salesman assured us that with the discounts from finding the vehicle online that we would pay the Internet price. Purchase I live about 124 miles away from the dealership and I wanted a firm price on the 2011 Ford Flex they had on line. I sent a bid on the vehicle and they added $250 to my bid and said they would honor it. When we arrived they were ready for us and had the vehicle clean and serviced. They were able to get me a good interest rate and all went well. Overall a great car buying experience.
Great Service Made the long way from El Paso to Grapevine to buy a new car and it was definiteyl worth it. The guys/girls did a realy great job, and took realy good care of me. Just one example...forgot something in my trade-in and after a call i got it back by mail within the next day.
Completely Satisfied! I left one dealership because they would not look at my trade in before I found the car I wanted, even though I told them I knew exactly what I wanted. 2012 Mustang Purchase This was the BEST experience buying a new vehicle I have ever had! From not being stalked by sales people upon arrival in the parking lot to the final check out (including the finance folks) was a pleasent and unique experience. My hat is off to Reid Harmon the internet guy;No B.S., answered ALL my questions,even some dumb ones and a couple of trick ones.
Good price on new car and trade We recently bought a new 2011 F-150 from Grapevine Ford. The majority of the deal was handled via the internet. They gave us a good deal on the truck, and a good price on our trade. They did try to sell us an extended warranty, we said no. And that was the end of it. They were not nasty about it.
