Just shopping car totaled due to hail. I spoke with Kevin when I arrived & told him my situation & that I had just started looking & i didn't know settlement $. He was very helpful, we test drove a few cars, and he never tried to pressure a sale. Would buy from If they had anything that fell into my $ range.

The "Buy only what you (apparently) need " slogan used in advertising and financing sound good but it is a trap. In reality its serves no one in the long run. High pressure salesmen. High pressure salesmen. Always wanting to tack on extras but hard to get them to honor their after sales service. One of the worst anywhere to be found.

Had an appointment at 3 o’clock to get my oil changed and Had an appointment at 3 o’clock to get my oil changed and I left at 5:30. Service advisor was very nice but it’s unacceptable to wait there that long for an oil change when you have an appointment he ended up comping the oil change, which was nice of him, but he said they misplaced my truck. That’s not what you wanna hear from a service advisor,

The dealership took 3 hours for an oil change. The dealership took 3 hours for an oil change. We asked them to take a look at a noise with engine and they said “there is definitely something wrong, but come back later”.

Terrible dealership. Terrible dealership. The lied about hidden fees for 24 hours, 3000 dollars worth. Offered me 5k less than what my trade in was worth and On top of that their financial department couldn't understand how to do taxes, or maybe they were just trying to steal money. anyways, i told them NO DEAL and bought the same truck from another dealer. That literally asked "what are they smoking" and laughed when i showed them what Grapevine had sent me as a price sheet.

Bought the truck from Ford dealership due to what I was Bought the truck from Ford dealership due to what I was told with tons of checks to insure truck is reliable. I didn't make it 100 miles down the road before the def light came on saying I would only be able to drive 50 mph on the remainder of my 6 hour trip. It is my only vehicle which will now have to be in the shop after less than one hour of ownership
