I do not recommend The purchase of my 2021 Chysler Pacifica Hybrid vehicle was great, it was a few days later when I noticed the lithium battey was not holding a charge is when the problem started. I went back the Grapevine Ford and spoke with a service advisor and he did not know why my lithium batteries were not holding a charge and told me to check with a Chrysler dealership. Bait and Switch Do you know the old adage of “used car salesman”? These guys are there. These guys are all that. I purchased a vehicle, over the phone with the sales person after I had seen it the day before since I live out of town. They were going to send me the paperwork overnight. Garrey Johnson in finance called me asked me what upgrades or warranties I would like to purchase and I told him I wouldn’t want any of them at this time. Lincoln repair experience Awful communications from the service manager. My Aviator was in the shop 31 days. After day 13 he told me the parts were in and repairs should be completed tomorrow. After hearing no update for 4-5 days, I called and emailed many times on days 18-25. On day 26 I received a call back and the communications improved. Work was completed on day 31 and the vehicle was returned to me unwashed.

Deceptive Business Practices Do not shop here! Very deceptive business practices. Forcing people to buy warranties and other add ins just to be able to get the special rates. Stay Away!!

No internet sales Would not discuss price over the phone/txt even though 5 hours away. No sales over the net!! Good luck with that business model in 2023!!

I highly DO NOT recommend this deadealership. Shopping for Maverick pickup. Process was good through the selection then we hit the Overlords in the glass bubble. Things came to a absolute standstill. I was willing to pay for the entire purchase but was told I had to put some on a loan. I put "down" a fair portion of the cost. Two hours waiting to get out of the dealership. Terrible dealership with con-type employes Maxwell is great. Everybody else there is dishonest and agreed on a price and after the fact added additional items to the bill of sale and said they wouldn’t sell me the truck unless I got them. Was willing to write a 90k check for the truck and ended up walking out. 10 minutes later they called asking “how can we get your business”. Liars Went to purchase a f350 dually. Spoke with Salesman on phone. Was under impression that the package was upper grade of lariat. When I arrived and took a look the truck had no 360 cameras had manual tilt steer column and telescope. Also the tailgate had a old bed liner material screwed to the inside. Missing goose neck ball. They did agree to get me one. The truck had 4300 miles on it. Decided to buy. Already had my financial bank doing the loan. Lack of Integrity I'm very disappointed in the services at Grapevine Ford. The lack of integrity at that dealership and the dishonesty. I have never done business at a dealership of this caliber and been misled. Now, I have to file on my insurance pre-existing damage. If not, I have to come out of my pockets roughly 5k.
