Not a good experience Very used car salesman like. Never gets to the point. Will try every trick in the book before giving you numbers. If it was not for them having a specific vehicle I would have went to any dealership in dfw besides this one.

Sales all the way down to Service is Terrible If your ford does break down and you take it to the service department and you need a part they make you pay for the part in advance before ordering the part but then have no clue of when the part is gonna come in. I’ve now been waiting two weeks with no idea when the part will arrive.

BEWARE OF THE PACKAGE Purchased a truck from Grapevine Ford last week. My biggest advice is if you do buy a car/truck from here ask for an itemized detail of everything that is going into your total payment. If you do not, they will show you what your monthly payment will be and ask you to sign the dotted line. Little do you know there are additional expenses, not discussed with the sales rep, that the finance manager has put into the "package". Dishonesty and online price scam My concern was the threats and dishonesty. It was made out to be that dealership was giving me a deal to stay in my price range and give me my honest trade in value. In reality the trade in value came up but still below market but price of truck and payment months increased as well and that was glossed over real fast in paperwork signing until I got home and looked. Can’t recommend because of dishonesty The sales guy was great.. but finance was suspect.. they moved money from warranty to purchase lojack, which they were specifically told we did not want, then had the nerve to call it free.. it was fraud… I can’t stand dishonesty, and this dealership was good until they decided to be dishonest… also wanted $586 for a second key to car that should have been there anyway, for which they said they would have one cut immediately since they had to charge for LoJack that again we didn’t want, ... read more

Bad service Terrible customer service!!!! Many Things the dealership could've done better to make me have a better buying experience. Something as simple as providing me with a second set of keys!!! Since only one set was provided, when asked about the other set I was simply told "a guy comes in on Thursday's, you can buy one from him" the answer should have been "we will provide you with the keys as a courtesy to your business"!!!! You lost a future customer and recommendations over $200 set of keys!!!

👎👎👎👎👎 Absolutely terrible customer service and poor communication with everyone I dealt with at this dealership. I went to this terrible place to purchase a new vehicle last week and I was lied to several times by several different people and wasted numerous hours for three days in a row just sitting there because of THEIR lack of communication to each other and myself. Bait & Switch Slimy Dealers Do not purchase a vehicle from this shady dealership. Spoke to Blane this morning, I got preapproved and agreed on a vehicle with Blane. He knew I was in Tulsa and rushed to confirm a time to get me to Grapevine soon, he pressured me to be there ASAP and assured me if I got there at 3PM today from Tulsa I would be able to purchase the vehicle we spoke about. Grapevine Ford Sales Members were Appalling Dear Consumers and Ford Motor Company, Grapevine Ford was despicable, horrible and treated me disgustingly. I live in Bedford TX and know there is high demand for the Platinum F150 with Powerboost Motor, as i had to call over a dozen Ford Dealerships to find a handful that were on the dealership's lot (collectively), in inventory.
