Bad Experience Had to pay $300 for an extra key (turns out that is their scam looking through other reviews). The kicker was when I received the second key by mail it was actually the original that came with the car when it was new... the key had already been cut and had pocket lint in the grooves from the previous owner. Sales Manager said they would send me a check the following week... that was months ago. This place is a joke

Worst Experience Ever This dealership gave us the worst experience my fiancé and I have ever had. We were interested in purchasing a used truck and already had our own financing set up with our bank. We negotiated price, which was a crap shoot by the way. They agreed to a certain price and then once they found out we had our own financing, they wouldn’t approve the price they originally agreed to because they wouldn’t make money on us by financing through them. go to any other dealership around not these guys Management rushed my sales associate to close the deal instead of getting me in the vehicle that was right for me and finance pushed hard for me to purchase their warranty and useless other addons on top of the “$1600 of dealer adds already installed” and when I refused he increased my apr spread by half a point claiming “it was the bank”. STAY ON TOP OF YOUR GAME WHEN DEALING WITH THESE G Poor customer service. Once you purchase a vehicle you are on your own. They failed to return a rental truck after reassuring me they would handle it and that they return vehicles all the time. The Toyota dealership right next door has an Enterprise it was just closed when we were there. It sat in their parking lot for two weeks and cost me $1800.00. THE WORST Mother in-law went up to buy $100k, navigator. Deal was agreed everything was good. Then the finance department asked for more money down and spoke down to her as if she could not afford the car. Do not waste your time with these xxxxxxxx. She was so excited all day and they spit in her face. Shame on you to treat a women in her 60's, the way you did. Unbelievable! You better believe corporate is getting a letter.

Pulled my credit 3 times to purchase 1 car I came in to purchase an used vehicle. I was already pre—approved so my credit had to be pulled once. Well, these guys managed to pull it 2 more times (a total of 3 times in one day). I care about my credit , and I found this to be very disrespectful from them.

financer purchased vehicle over the phone, purchased a cashier check as the dealership requested. I sent a copy of the cashier check to dealership. Drove 6 hours to dealership and they would not release vehicle until they confirm funds. They had all day to call bank and confirm but chose not to. Had to pay for hotel and spend the night. The next day, still had to wait until noon to get vehicle. We were told nothing buy lies. Tricks they play, very dishonest dealership.

Horrible Experience/Con Artist They train their salesman to be deceitful to customers!!! Ran our credit a total of 19 times!! False promises!! Treat you like xxxx then send a text afterwords asking them to leave a review!! Idiots!! Don’t waste your time!
