Difficult to deal with Everything about Grapevine Lincoln's set up seems to be designed to make car buying difficult. salesman had very little knowledge in regards to the mechanical workings of the vehicle. He only wanted to talk about the glitz. And the pricing here is extremely non competitive considering the choices car buyers have close by.

Terrible Misrepresented the car I wanted. Showed me a great car then changed the price. So bad I will never go again. I'd rather walk. No never!!!!
THEY MESSED UP HARD DON'T GO TO THIS DEALERSHIP. They messed up HARD. We paid cash for the mustang GT. Left the dealership and they call me saying they need me to come back because some paperwork went wrong. So I come back, they tell me I need to give them $750 because of a rebate that wasn't suppose to be there. They forgot to take off a rebate and told me I need to pay them $750. Repair of radio display, inverter and recall Had several Text with the service advisor about the inverter not working as it should. He kept telling me what I was plugging in was broke. I was plugging in a 252 watt charger for a battery. My charger works on all other brands but Ford. They were unable to diagnose the issue but said unit was working properly when a 11 watt phone charger was plugged in. After a week and 1/2 I get a call that the truck is ready. Items added not represented in advertised or price I test drove a vehicle for my Mother and after inspection and my assessment, she agreed to buy the vehicle for the advertised price. When the statement was sent to my Mother, there was an added device that was an additional $499. She inquired and was told that a tracking device was added that couldn’t be removed, yet this wasn’t included in the internet listing. I would’ve walked out in the deal. I encouraged her to speak with management to make it right.
Long But Word Reading *******Disclaimer****** I want to be fair and explain that the issue regarding the $3500 worth of add on services was resolved in June. Upset Jeff Brought truck in at 8AM to see why check engine light was on. Paid the diagnostic fee and was told it had codes and perge valve needed to be replaced as well as a complete fuel system treatment. Paid over $1100 out of pocket to get to the light up the street from the dealership and my truck cut off and check engine light comes back on. Disappointment After constant calls from their salesman all week to get me there I finally comes in Saturday at my APPOINTMENT time to be ignored for 2 hrs. Put some resources in the service department! The service shop needs some serious attention by upper management. Second time the vehicle has been In for the same problem. The process to drop a vehicle off is horrible and no organization.
