Worst Service Ever I wouldn’t recommend this place on any level. Sales team is deceptive and the repair side doesn’t return calls. Cars literally scattered everywhere. Very disorganized.
The Worst Buying process was easy but customer service since then could not be worse and when I gave a bad review from the companies software the service manager Aaron asked me to lie and give him a good review and then he might be able to help me out with a free oil change.
Soooo rude Service advisor was rude and lazy . After refusing to get back in my car to move it He proceeded to tell me how he felt offended by my suggestion that he move it. Service techs could not “ find” my key to remove my wheels for rotation. “ looked in the glove box “. Guess where I found it ... in the glove box. Really disappointed in my first visit for service.
Less than amazing The people are nice and responsive, but their service department needs to work on their scheduling and turn around. I made an appt a few weeks out to get a recall fixed. I was told it should be done same day. 1 day turned into 2 turned into 3 and finally I had to go pick up my car and the work still hadn’t been done. Terrible used car dealership We called grapevine ford today at 6.15pm to see if a 2018 Toyota Sequoia was still for sale. We were told that it was pending and a buyer was coming from Houston in the morning, but the manager said first come first served so if we came tonight we could have first dibbs(his words) on vehicle we initially spoke to Telly on the phone, we told him we would be there in 30 minutes. Won't leave me alone until I leave a review Average experience, nothing exceptional about Grapevine Ford. My only issue is that since my car repair, they won't stop texting and calling and emailing me asking to leave a review, despite requesting otherwise. Incredibly annoying.
Terrible...go to another ford dealer. I have been a Ford owner for 10 years and my company car is also a Ford. This is the worst ford experience of my life. My company vehicle had a recall for airbags and power steering that I brought in to Grapevine service center on monday 08/12 in the morning. Read The Negative Comments I implore you to listen to what the negative reviews are saying before visiting this dealership. Please be heed the red flags. Understand what you're walking into, they follow a pretty antiquated model. Expect to be greeted with the old toxic dealer gimmicks. Worst dealership experience ever. Never buy a car from them. They make you wait for hours even after the scheduled appointment and not even offer you water for free. And their sales people are rude and discriminatory. I will never buy a Ford vehicle for sure.
