My experience has been very disappointing. This project started in November '22 and we were told that it would take 10 working days. However it is still not complete and failed a final inspection by the City of Naperville. It failed it's City of Naperville inspection on 6/12 for various reasons including a lack of stamped plans on site and the tripled beam already twisting and needing 6xle post connections. At the end of construction of our enclosed patio I had rated Patio Enclosure 5 stars. However, at 6 months or so after completion, I noticed a seperation of the pieces near the frame of a window. Anyone could see clearly out of this opening and feel air entering through it. Also, noted that one of the two screen doors was stiff to open and close...it kept jumping the track. Horrible customer service once youve bought into their project. It took 5 builds/5 months for them to complete . Would not even expedite the process. Terrible business practice for customer service. When you spend 25k towards a project you would think customer service is their leading tool for marketing. A total failure on their part.

I would not recommend anyone to go with this company. They started the project in March was shut down because they hadnt got a permit then it finally got finished in June. The communication in between was horrific. There was none if I wanted to know anything I had to continually call them the person who does the scheduling was not aware of what was going on either they werent communicating with him just about him Everyone I talk to said their communication was terrible. This company will not honor their guarantee, it's not worth the paper it's printed on. I contracted with them to install a screened room on my 10x20 back porch at almost 12K cost.. When installed it consisted of 8 sliding doors and 4 permanent door screens plus transoms at the top. The screening was a disgrace on installation. I have had my Patio Enclosure for 2 years now and I am super happy with it and with the customer service they have. I had a screen room which they dismantled and, in a day, and a half the new "sunroom" was done. All debris was taken away, cleanup was impeccable, and the crew was very polite and attentive to detail. I obtained 3 estimates, and they had the best price, and the salesman was not pushy. I bought a home in April of 2021 and in May 2021 signed a contract to have my patio enclosed with the screen and glass sliding windows and doors. I have had 2 years of nothing but problems since then. The 1st time they came out to install everything was not to correct size. Do not get their services, Patio enclosures and Great Day Improvements LLC! Save yourself from the trouble of their poor customer service especially with ************************** at their office. She is arrogant and no customer relations skills at all! They did not finish my home improvement project on time. They installed the wrong cord color for my blinds! There were long days of interruptions between their visits to finish our home improvement!
