Took them over 40 minutes to find my car after the service was complete, once again another 2 + hour oil change . Ridiculous.
They keep sending the same emails to the incorrect person. Stop it and get your information accurate.
The work is good, quick and friendly but the last two times they unplugged my dash camera. I didn’t realize it until I almost got into an accident and went to look at the footage. Not sure why they would need to unplug it in the first place and doesn’t make me feel very confident.

Joe Canny was a great sales representative! On the other hand, when sitting down with the Finance person, Mai it was a total nightmare. She talks in circles, pushes hard fear-based selling, draws a million doodles, squiggles and illegible garbage on paper trying to push the highest price extra service plans. It took six months to get my title, and they won’t even reimburse me for the late fees from the registry.
I paid for windshield replacement when I bought my 2022 ascent. I called groove Subaru multiple times to get it replaced and was told to call multiple different places to file the claim. Finally went into the dealership because my hatch broke within the first year and the sales manager asked the service manager to help me. They replaced my windshield but it had a 3 inch scratch across the middle bottom of the windshield. Noticeable immediately. It was inside the glass. I asked them to fix it. I had an appointment Monday, Tech update, fixing a sun roof seal, and figure out the power draw that killed my battery. The car didn't even get into the garage until Friday. An entire week without a vehicle is not okay. Why bother having an appointment? And battery I was told "that's just how they are".
I had a 6-month service Thursday (9-7-23). This morning I went into my garage and there was a large pool of oil. I had to spend my Saturday getting my car to Groove to be corrected!!! NOT PLEASED AT ALL!!!
