The communication from the dealership has been exceptionally poor regarding when my vehicle will be delivered. I've been told several times that I'd be contacted by both Sergio and Scott which hasn't been the case. I've had to call, email and text numerous times to find out why my vehicle still isn't ready for pick up a week after I purchased it. Promises, promises and more promises and still nothing!

Charged more to do work promised over the phone than quoted. Work discussed over phone was not listed in the quote. Then they raised the price when I asked why it wasn’t in the paperwork. Also asked about previous body work repair that had come apart, three times, never got an answer. Car came back with bird crap all over it

Worst car buying experience ever. The salesmen were patronizing and terrible (I'm a woman). Go anywhere else.

Didn't fix my issue the first time around and I had to take my vehicle in two days later for the same problem. They fixed it the second time, but wasted my time and money on a rental at first.

You need to improve how you communicate with some customers in regards to the completion of work. I waited in the waiting room for almost one and a half hours for a simple/routine oil change/ tire rotation. Had I not gone to check on my car, I wouldn’t have known it was done. Makes me wonder how long I would have been waiting for notification of completed work. Not impressed with the younger staff’s attitude toward an elderly woman.

Had a scheduled oil change. Took one & half hours. They didn’t rotate tires. Asked for a car wash. Didn’t do it and didn’t top off fluids like usual. Very disappointing since in the past they have been reliable.

Awful. They charged me for my oil change which I had bought a 3 pack and had one left, Tawnya said I didn't. came home and found the paperwork, called them twice, finally got a call back Tawnya said I would be refunded on 7/27, still haven't gotten a refund as of 8/7. Use to be a good place, no more. Total joke.

The crew was more interested in their breakfast burrito order than assisting customers. When I was helped, it was curt and brief. There was no attention to what my needs were just how they could push me out the door as fast as possible. When I got my inspection report back, they did not walk me through it to help me understand what any of it meant. When I got in my car, I found an envelope with a generic offer to by my car based on the Kelley Blue Book appraisal. There was no personalized touch. This made me feel like this d... read more
