I identified damaged weather stripping on my doors 4 hours after driving the car off the lot and was quickly directed to submit a claim to Subaru Warranty. Disappointing.
The inspection on my car was rushed and in turn caused me to find out I had multiple issues with the car a week later at another shop when I had a flat tire and they did an inspection

Very sleazy experience. Every time we turned around they were trying to add more to the purchase price. Very unpleasant experience. Count your fingers after you shake their hand. DO NOT BUY HERE
Reservations are a joke! What is the point if they don’t look at the car for 2 more dayd
It took 2 days to have them supposedly fix the "clunking" noises from loose stabilizer bars and it still making "clunking" sounds going over rougher city streets and bumps. We don't think they test drove our Ascent after tightening the stabilizer bars to make sure everything was repaired. Very frustrating.

A week-long series of wrong communications from Groove, while my car was in the shop, starting with their sending me someone else's diagnostics but not realizing it until later, with v little in the way of "Oh, sorry." Worst dealership I’ve ever encountered. Matt, their service manager is a coward and a liar. They are dangerous there- twice they had my car for a week and didn’t repair anything. I would RUN, not walk away from this dealership.
