As part of the service you changed the battery in the key. But when you finished your didn’t replace the screw that held the key together.
Mechanic made a serious dumb mistake. I contacted Matt Cooper by voice mail on 6-10-23 and received no response. I contacted Brian Olson on 6-13-23 in response to a Groove text. I asked him to call me. I never heard from him. I will contact the service Managers again. I will not drop this issue so someone needs to talk to me and take some responsibility for the mechanics mistake. If necessary I will proceed up the chain of command.

I don’t recommend buying a used car here unless you can bring along your own mechanic and have him/her inspect it onsite. The Subaru inspection by this dealer is a bit of a joke and not to be relied upon. I had my car reinspected by our local Subaru dealer a couple of days after buying it in Colorado and driving it over a thousand miles home. They told me my tires were in great shape for my road trip. I left and a tire blew out on the highway due to dry rot. The tire place said a dealership should have seen the tires significant dry rot and that i was placed in an unsafe car.
I have be super frustrated the past 3 times I have had to come in a month. We had a tire that has had to be repaired twice and scheduled again this coming week. With my other vehicle I bought in I was pressured to buy a service I did not need. This is last month is the first time I have had bad bad experience at Groove I take two cars there and have always had great service this past month not so much

Not the usual level of Groove service when I got my oil changed. Especially for what they charge
