The service area needs to get a handle on their scheduling and how many vehicles they can take in and turn around timely. This is the second time I scheduled an oil change (8:30 am) and had to leave my car overnight. My vehicle was not ready until later the following day. I understand things are not what they used to be but we’ve been dealing with staffing shortages for a couple of years now. Step back and evaluate.

Tiannah Baca was couteous and professional. Very helpful. Battery fails at 2 yrs and 1 month. 3 batteries lin 7 years. Unacceptable. We were thinking of our new Subaru (no. 3) but have decided no. Your battery manufactureer is losing you a business opportunity. $170.00 battery plus $40.00 installation unacceptable.
Surprised that an oil change (oil change only) was $127. I was told that Subaru oil is expensive. Lesson learned.
The customer service was friendly. .. But they suggested I needed a head gasket replacement and about seven other issues totaling $7000. Took it to a trusted family mechanic and he showed me underneath the car and explained why most of those repairs were not needed. Got the car fixed and it runs great for $2500. Are you guys scamming people? I've been getting emails about Subaru wanting to buy my car as well. Sales associate was very knowledgeable and helpful. Dealership needs to be renovated inside waiting area was outdated.
Felt talked down to by my service tech. Also when I questioned the charges I learned my tech did not apply my pre-purchased oil change package and I was initially double charged for one of my services. When my bill was corrected the woman who rang up my purchase reduced the bill by over $160 due to the initial errors.
Poor communication and charges and condition of vehicle were not acceptable. Issue was not resolved and they didn't seem to care about the situation at all.
Very unorganized ,unclear who is service adviser. I had to make 3 trip to service department to install two hitch and simple bike rack. I am sorry for owner of this dealership.
Repairs took three times longer than quoted with no explanation of why. I can only assume warranty fixes are lower priority so my repair was bumped for other customers. Even after that time small things that matter were missed (e.g. car was returned unwashed despite that being called out as complete on the paperwork).
