The finance department at this dealership is not good. They are showing high rate of interest till customer gets counter office. The working ethics are not good and they are not customer centric

Bought a used Certified vehicle from groove Subaru just for them to not honor the items that they said they would fix from flipping the trade in vehicle so quickly. Total snakes at this establishment and customers do not get treated with respect. xxxx can’t even get my sales guy to return a call or corresponding management. DONT BUY HERE.

Have had good luck with Groove Toyota. Decided to try Groove Subaru nearby. Six days..... Scheduled an appointment for Tuesday, Jan 10 at 7:15 AM to see whether there was an exhaust leak on my 2017 Forester. Got a call rescheduling for Thursday, Jan 12, at 11:30 due to labor shortage. Thursday, Jan 12, Day 2 - Arrived at 11:15. Told to go home instead of waiting as I had originally planned and service advisor would call. Called Groove in the afternoon requesting status. David Coates is an extremely poor representative. He did not reply to my texts while waiting or return my call after my service on Jan 12th and today is Jan 16th. He gave me wrong info re:my battery service and I had to purchase a new battery the next day from another vendor because it was most likely damaged during the battery service performed at Groove. I’m very disappointed. I have serviced my car at Groove since I purchased it in 2013 and am unsure I will return for future service.

Brought my Legacy in at 9 am for a cat converter warranty problem. At 3 pm called to see how it was going. Found out they were down 3 techs and didn't know when it might be worked on. We came over to reclaim our car and left.
