Didn't have parts to fix safety recall. Did not notify me of this until I showed up. Got skipped in line by several vehicles bc lines were not clear. Upon arrival, I told staff that my wiper fluid was completely empty bc they have not been filling it during service. I was told they would note this and ensure it was filled. I've never experienced such terrible customer service before. Service and parts said my radio has not come in yet. It has been close to 6 months now and I have been forced to drive around in an unsafe vehicle because the only assistance I have received is a $900 SOA coupon for rental assistance. That only covered a month's worth of a rental car. I called the dealership on Arapahoe and they said they can get my radio in within 5 business days. Both Groove and Arapahoe buy from United radios. The people who work there are polite but it can take up to two weeks to get an appointment. I had my car battery die over the cold weather. I had came in about 3 weeks earlier to have an oil change and with all the tests they run and how much they spend you think they could have noticed the battery wasn't working probably. When you call to make an appointment to get your car fixed its two weeks out. They should at least tell you how terribly slow their service is when you pay for the extra warranty
I haven't really had a bad experience with groove subaru. That is saying a massive amount when compared with the terrible service at the one on straigh Arapahoe in centennial repeatedly which means I will never go back there
They have always been very hobest eith me as a client. They only recommend the services I truly need.
Had appointment but didn’t get to my car for 2 days and kept almost a week. Now the car is making sounds and I’ll have to take it back- right at Christmas 🙄.
My battery died. I found there was a recall. I went to groove to have it checked. When I returned to pick up the car, I was told the battery was fine and that I needed a $110 positive battery cable connecter. When I came to pick it up after it had been checked and charged, it was dead. The service guy jumped me so I was able to get home. I changed the cable connector. It was dead within a week. I bought a new battery. It is fine now. I wonder if you actually checked anything.
Was recommended spark plugs but the next day my check engine light came back on and my hybrid system shut off again. So paid for work that didn’t do anything.
After two trips trying to use express oil lube, I made an appointment for an oil change and said I was waiting. I waited 2 hours for an oil change. When they brought me the car, it was making a rattling sound. They said they would take it back and look for the cause. After approximately another hour they found a broken bracket.
