They are very difficult to get ahold of, and do not call you back when you leave a message

Standard Mx was ok. BUT when I picked it up I noticed they had put a dent in the right rear bumper. They denied responsibility and I'm stuck with a nice car with a noticeable dent in the bumper.

Terrible customer service. I made an appointment 2 months in advance for an oil change and to switch out summer tires for snow tires. The night before I brought my car in, they told me it may take 4 days to complete. These services do NOT take 4 days to do. They said that the appointment date and time is a “drop off” time. They don’t say how long it will take. And since they take walk-ins, that person may be serviced before you that has an appointment. Make sense? NO! The tech insists that it is normal to blow blow cold to bring the temp of the car down to 72 on a day that is only 42 outside.

Elva kindly asked the gentleman to make sure they washed my car and they still didn’t. They didn’t take the sticker off and just slapped another sticker on top of it. Lots of laziness

Device was sub-par. Attention to customer service is severely lacking. I was overcharged, no one came to get me when my service was complete, and my car was not even washed as promised.

I am in the process of opening a fraud case with the State Attorney Generals office, on the forth peer review of the cover letter and organizing the service documentation…having a Non Destructive Test shop pull a sample of the oil and do a burn spectral analysis of the oil in the crankcase to determine % of elemental components…specifically fuel as well as any metal component…

Problem was not solved. Not sure diagnostics were run. Had starting problem happen again yesterday. Will have to go somewhere else to troubleshoot.

I purchased a brand new vehicle, but it was too late to install the clear bra and accessories on October 19th. As I live about 3 hours away, I scheduled my appointment to finish it three weeks later on November 5th. I arrived at 9 in the morning for my meeting and half of the job was finished at 1:00pm (supposed to be 9-11 and second part from 11-3ish).
