When I arrived for my Foresters 2 yr check up. My greeting was come with me and do you have a package. I waited in the waiting room for close to 4 hrs. No updates. No apologies for the wait for a basic oil change and tire rotation. If this was I only time at this dealership I would not be back.
I just had my car serviced at Groove Subaru. Trent was my assigned service rep. I dropped my car off on 1:30 pm on Friday and was not contacted once by Trent. I had to call many times to try to get an update on my car and finally drove to the dealership on Saturday to speak to them in person. Worst service ever -- oil change took 2 hours! ! Person checking me in forgot to put in the order and my car sat in a parking lot until I insisted on knowing where it was. Unsure if oil change/tire rotation was done correctly, as once my car was discovered sitting in "no mans land" was expedited to the service bay and I was handed the keys in 20 minutes. Will never return here for service.
I bought my car from Groove and have come here for service since then. I have never had issues in the past but my last visit was very disappointing. I dropped my car at 7am for a 7:45am Appt. I had confirmed that it would only take about 2 hours when I made the appointment and adjusted my work schedule accordingly. I hadn’t heard anything at 10:30, so I tried to text my service contact. Worst experience ever. Had car for entire day for a scheduled service and it was never touched. Came at 5:00 to pick it up after recall service completed but was told it wasn’t finished. IT WAS NEVER STARTED!! My whole day was lost and wasted waiting for call that work was completed but never came.

Groove Subaru is the worst dealership experience I have ever experienced. They do not stand behind their products or warranties and I will never be going back. Go anywhere else, but here.
