Everyone was so caring and patient. They seem to understand that you're not yourself when your pet is in danger. I so appreciate that. And they seem to use the latest and greatest information to help your pet. Max can't be helped any longer but I know all was done that could be done.

Amazingly kind and knowledgeable staff. My 7 month old kitten had a large polyp in her sinus cavity that was hindering her breathing. Dr. Clark removed it and Ollie was running through the house like a maniac a day later. Thank you GCVS!

I had a lot of mixed feelings about this hospital after reading the reviews here while my dog was being hospitalized overnight. We had an emergency and was referred here by my vet. I spoke with the receptionist and told them about the emergency and within a few minutes, a nurse came out and took her in after a quick glance. I would only come here for emergencies, knowing that it is an ER, I knew prices would be ridiculously expensive. Brought my dog at 3 am for an emergency and got out by 12 am in the night and was upset that it took long for her to get out since she was there at 3 am and we payed early so they could start her procedure and didn't start it until late at night it was just supposed to be some stitches and another thing but due to other dogs having mayor accidents like ran over they had to cure them first than my dog that basically got stabbed some metal that she ran to. Although I've been fortunate to never have needed emergency care, I've frequented GCVS a lot because of their specialists, more specifically ophthalmology. My dog, Jaxon, has been seeing Dr. Pierson and her team in ophthalmology since May 2021, after receiving a diabetes diagnoses in March 2021, which quickly let to the onset of cataracts causing my dog to be blind in less than 6 weeks. I recently had my dog's ACL surgery with Dr. Whitney and I am very impressed with his expertise and the facility. Dr. Whitney took time to answer my questions at the consult, and did a great job on her surgery. She had no complications and is running around like a normal dog again! Everyone involved in the care of my pup was very attentive and kind as well. Would recommend!

I saw many mixed reviews before coming here which made me feel very worried. I had a very sick dog. Symptoms that didn't make any sense and had our primary vets stumped. Ultimately our primary vets made an emergency referral to see a specialist. Upon first contact we did wait forever even though we had a direct referral.
