Suddenly the printer cannot be powered on. Avoid this name brand for the poor customer service. Purchased this printer (Brother HL-L2350DW) to replace an old HP printer. Failed after two uses Item stopped working after two uses. Does not power on. Contacted seller who said it’s past 30 days (we went on vacation) and will not replace. Said to contact Brother and deal with them. Avoid.
Hardly used 1 pack of paper in 27 months …now it will not power on. Dead after two years of little use.

I have nothing good to say about this Brother printer or Brother Customer Service. Waste of money and time.
This printer does not work. I disliked that this printer was incapable of connecting over to a computer over Wi-Fi. I am returning this printer tomorrow, and I will never purchase another product from this company. On the upside, the printer itself does look relatively nice, but there are better looking paper weights.
