Not very wifi compatible. Constantly disconnects from wifi if the power goes out. Very difficult for devices to find it. Even when the wifi can find it and all devices can find wifi, devices can not find it. VERY frustrating.
Quit working Quit working. Won’t turn on - at all. Not at all happy. My last printer lasted ten years. This pice of junk last one year and a week.
Junk Broke after 3 months. I printed a total of 8 pages. It throws an error code any time it is turned on and I have tried all recommended troubleshooting.
Prints okay... when it decides to work Absolute piece of garbage. Trying to setup wifi is a house of cards made of butter - 90% of the time the display just locks up. I finally got it working, and then changed my wifi. I haven't been able to reconnect it since no matter how many times I try to power cycle, reset, etc. The screen just locks up and won't let me press anything. Printers used to last years... I got maybe 50 prints out of this thing.
No longer powers on. Customer support UNREACHABLE. Sleek design, good printing, what I was looking for...that is until after 6 months it no longer powers on. Customer service sent me a generic how-to for a fix that was extremely unhelpful. Do yourself a favor and look at any other printer. What a waste.
Died after a year (13 months) out of warranty I purchased 2 of these over the years. One for my father (still working) and one for myself. The one I bought 13 months ago died and won't turn on. Now it's out of warranty and I'm SOL. Avoid and buy from a better brand.
Broke down Stopped working after a few months.
Printer stopped working after a year and half The printer was working fine but stopped working after a year and half. No reason. It wasn't under warranty anymore so I am forced to purchase a new printer. Pretty dissappointed.
Stopped working after 1 week, and didn't allow me to return This printer stopped working after one week of light use (printed less than 3 pages each time for 3 total jobs). After that, It didn't print the jobs that I sent, instead, it printed black borders of the papers and wasted me 2 piles of clean papers. It stayed consistent no matter how many times I reset the printer. I contacted customer service earlier, but didn't allow me to return neither did anyone follow up. Not recommend buying this item from here.
