Garbage printer for anything but paper Tried to use this to print business cards and it messed up in every conceivable way and ruined an entire package of business cards. Never buying brother again.
Only worked twice ;( died on third print job. Worked twice then would ever turn on again.
Internet connectivity is buggy Internet connectivity is buggy. Most of the time I need to print I have to unplug it and plug it back for it to connect to the internet. Sometimes it just doesn't print. I had to reinstall the drivers several times and still, this issue keeps coming back. This printer is a waste of time
Worst Printer Ever One cannot print heavy weight envelopes, even with the right paper settings. It often misaligns the envelope resulting in crooked text on the print out, and it wrinkles the envelope. The power button does not turn off the printer - I have to unplug the printer to reset it. It does not let me select the right paper tray. The menu system is counter-intuitive, and basically useless. The print quality is horrible. wouldn't buy again This printer worked for about 2 weeks and then went into Deep Sleep. We have never been able to wake it up, so can't use it. I did not realize you can not make a copy of thing not in the computer. Very disappointed in it.
infuriating Upon losing wifi connection this thing just refused to reconnect to my network. I'm a very tech savvy, patient person. But this device pushed me past my limits. I took it in the garage and gave it the "office space," treatment.
Worked great for 3.5 months before dying completely. Brother support painful. Got this so I could print from my phone as well as my computer. Worked great for 3.5 months and then one day it just wouldn't turn on. Had a miserable time with Brother support, and am now waiting 3-5 business days for a refurbished replacement. Super frustrating. Won't buy from Brother again.
Brother HLL2350HD Wireless Crapped Out after three months... Well, gave it one more try after re-reading the instructions for the tenth time. So, I uninstalled the printer driver and software. Rebooted computer. Factory reset the printer. Unplugged printer and plugged it back in. Re-installed the Brother software and driver package...executed the software and attempted to print. TONER SCAM Bought this printer a few months ago. I have barely printed 250 pages and it claims the toner is low and needs to be replaced. Returning. Do not buy this printer.
