Setup is horrible No instructions included, impossible to connect to the wifi and my home network. I am waiting 15 minutes just to get on a support chat. Not an intuituve setup. Poor design and not customer friendly. Very frustrating!
This printer is garbage Total piece of junk. Used only a handful of times. Wouldn't work until I got a brand new computer and even then works intermittently and resolves any issues without reason. I was looking for something inexpensive for school. Huge mistake.
ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE! This printer has been a complete nightmare on Windows 10, as it permanently shows an OFFLINE status on the PC and I have not been able to print a single page as yet! Like my PC, it is also connected to my home wifi but due to its OFFLINE status, nothing can be printed. Better out there Hard to connect to wifi
after 1 year Nothing but problems, terrible machine, settings are a pain. It's OK when it works but this is one terrible POS of a printer. Will never purchase Brother branded items again... pure trash.
The disc they provide can mess up your computer! I ended up returning the printer because during the configuration of connecting the printer to the WiFi and to the computer it completely reconfigured my computer!! It wouldn’t allow me to open any web pages on my browser. This was after I placed the disc in the computer and let it run. Very disappointed with this printer!!! Could not get WiFi to work, but cable connect OK Like others, I could not get mine to connect to WiFi. Advice from reviewers has been way more detailed and helpful than all the instructions that came with this machine. I did not receive an installation guide, and only got a safety manual and tear sheet (an illustration of printer labeling the anatomy of the device). No free support, hard to set up Ridiculously hard to connect to WiFi with an iPhone. This Brother monochrome laser printer HL - L2370DW has obscure button presses and read outs that only a technician could navigate. Suffice to say that only one YouTube video had the answer to acquiring a signal. Brother’s print app sucked, so I went directly to Apple iPrint ($8.99). "Replace Toner" spam trying to steal from you I have a perfectly good toner cartridge, but the stupid printer thinks that it's out because Brother is a scam company just trying to make you buy cartridges.
