Highly Disappointed !!!!!!! I just bought the printer in September and after a couple of months dead in December. Not working at all, poor customer service to not help. They try to transfer the phone call to the brother company bc they know this product not working after several months. Do not buy this cheap and bad quality product. It's a waste of money at all
Always goes to sleep - won't come out of it Owning this printer has been an enormous printer. It is always going to sleep. I have done everything I can, read everything online to change the settings and it keeps going to sleep and staying there. Really regret this purchase.
Screen ruins it Tiny screen makes using this printer a joke. Setting this printer up on your WiFi network is unbelievably complicated on the tiny screen. Inexcusable in 2021. But literally any other printer.
Biggest hassle ever sorry I bought Doesn't work. NO support available. Longest and most convoluted setup process ever, with instructions all over the place, but no indication of what's working. Instructions require me to push buttons that don't exist, install software that isn't available. Thoroughly disgusted.
Not bad. But TOTALLY DIED in less than 4 months. Not bad for a cheap printer. Weird "power saving" issue that I was able to turn off after driving us crazy for a week (looked it up online). Then it was good for 3.5 months, but then it totally died. No power. Tried all sorts of things from their support site. Nothing. Thats what you get... were these referbished?
Printed 4 sheets and then died. I've had this printer since 2018 and only printed 4 sheets on it. It wasn't too bad to set up the wifi, and the print quality is fine. However, for my last print job, the printer was dead. The LCD screen shows only a black rectangle, and I am not able to view any menu options. I contacted support, who were unhelpful. I even reflashed the firmware, but it did not help. Shame that an essentially brand new printer is not functional.
toner does not last I bought the printer to be a dedicated one for my work at home job. While the printer works well the toner DIED or showed empty with out any warning. The rating for print pages is about 1200 pages. I doubt I did more than 150 before it "emptied" out. As for the customer service, its non existent, no phone number, no real person to help with problems. The only help I got was from Amazon who replaced the toner.
Died after three months I’ve had this three months and it no longer works.
Doesn't work.. prints blank pages! Took quite a while go work with a technician to get it hooked up... test page worked but won't print anything else!
