Big firmware issues, stay away Out of the box the printer has firmware 1.4 Set up is easy, I enter my SSID and password. Nice: WiFi printing! I go to turn the printer off. Days later I notice the 1-line screen still says "Shutting Down" like it's stuck. Weird. I unplug the printer to power cycle it. It turns back on, but won't join any WiFi networks. POC -* (Abb.) for Piece Of Sh_ _ ! Was going to report on miniscule # of copies per cartridge.. Feb. 8, 2018 I need a new printer for very occasional printing, no ink jet, they dry out, I had a fabulous Samsung printer many years ago and routinely got 4000 plus pages per cartridge. Network use not recommended I've been fighting with this printer since I got it. I imagine it works fine if you plug it in to a computer via a USB port and that's why it has good ratings. Try to use it in any network situation and it stinks ... not reliable except on one Chromebook so we used Google's cloud print which mostly worked for a while until that was discontinued. Stopped working after 10 months We purchased our printer in March, 2020. After 10 months it has lost power. I've checked to make sure it is plugged into a working outlet and have held down the power button for 10+ seconds to confirm it is not in sleep mode.
I want my money back This printer worked great for a month and a half and then randomly stopped with an error 08- asking me to restart it to reset. Needless to say nothing worked. High price to pay for a defective product.

Printer stopped working shortly after it was set up. I did not like that the printer did not work
Does not print envelopes correctly Finally hooked up this printer to find out that the envelopes do not print correctly. This printer ruined every single envelope that I tried to print on, and now I am unable to return this machine though I only tried using it few times for envelopes.
This piece of junk died after less than 4 months!!!!! The Brother Compact Monochrome Laser Printer, HL-L2350DW died after less than 6 months. Never powered on again. Tech support was useless and we're stuck with the extra cartridge. We printed less than 200 sheets on this printer before it died. Looks like we got a rotten apple, but proceed with caution - customer service is pitiful.
