Super Disappointed!!! I've actually been a fan of Brother printers, just because of their LaserJets, but this one was a reject from the start - the tiny screen for configuration was not intuitive and neither were the controls, but the biggest problem was that the printer produced a black vertical line on all pages out of the gate and no troubleshooting worked. Very bad Goes to sleep, won't wake up, doesn't print anything anymore, TRASH
wouldnt even connect this printer wouldn't even connect to my wifi. after trying everything it still says that the password is incorrect. it was correct every time. it wouldnt even connect to my computer through usb. i will be returning. not worth the time.

Returning printer I bought the printer not realizing I could not make copies. Also the rep person was wonderful, but she could not help me with return procedure. I went on line and put in my question, but it kept coming back unable to understand what I needed help with. I am just going to send it back.
Do not buy! I wouldn’t purchase this again. I was unable to connect the printer. After hours and hours of trying and connecting with customer support, they claimed it was my issue. I just bought a different printer of a different brand and there was absolutely no problem making it work.
What a piece of $#!+ !!!! I've had this printer for two years. It sucked then. It sucks now. I've never written an Amazon review, but I'm so incredibly frustrated by the future dumpster filler, that I felt inspired. First of all, the drum needs replacing. WTF is a drum? Horrible printer This printer is horrible. It worked sort of as it was supposed to briefly when I purchased it but now it constantly says no paper even when the tray is loaded. You then have to perform some sort of witchcraft ritual replacing the tray and changing the amount of paper in it until it randomly decides to start printing again.
