Whats the point..... Very good print quality, horrible software/firmware and tech support to match. This printer will not come out of deep sleep without first unplugging it and then plugging it back in. Whats the point of deep sleep if this is the only way to revive it? Whats the point of a networked printer if you must first go to the printer to print? when it prints its great but wireless part is very very very frustrating it prints fine but the wireless technology has severe problems
Inconsistent... I have bought three of these printers and one has lasted over a year but the other two are breaking every 3 months. The sad part is that the ink is so expensive that I will buy another because I have the toner. I would try a different brand. Oh, and tech support is really hard to understand and get through to.
Bad I'm an online retailer, so I ship a lot of stuff. Because the ink rubs off so easily on all their printers that are like this, I've lost a huge amount of inventory this season. You've lost a repeat customer.
Install doesn't work, feels like we are back in 1998 My first brother printer, a 1022 was so much easier to install than the old HP printers that I felt joy at having bought it. That is cone. This printer did not install direct to wireless, and the printer does not ship with the unique USB cable you need to fix that that problem. What a waste of time and effort, on a poorly designed product. The instructions are poor, the install CD is useless. There is no troubleshooter to help. Absolutely not recommended. Land fill best use. Blew out circuit breakers and Wifi. . Wouldn’t start. Won’t connect to WiFi. Complicated instructions. Long time on phone with Brothers. Returning.
Brothers L2350dw bricks 1 month after warranty expires. Well I have had great success with Brothers Laser Printers. Purchased this L2350DW last November. Out of no where it stoped working. Just moved to a blank screen and no response to any buttons. Factory reset is not available. Flowed through the troubleshoot manual and received diagnosis of broken and to send to brothers for replacement. I noticed I am about 1 month out of warranty. Absolute Garbage Every time I go to print, it fails and I end up having to cancel prints, restart the spooler, and on and on and on. Every. Single. Time. Never in my life have I had a printer this bad. Buyer beware, do not waste your money on this thing.
Toner Retired. Social Security. Starter toner is a joke in longevity.
