Unreliable connection, died after 2 months light use. Ignore Wirecutter, etc. Printer would not stay connected to two co-workers windows machines, repeatedly tripped the circuit breaker when waking from Sleep Mode, and now has kicked the bucket after only 2 months of not even daily printing. It is in fact to cheap to be good.
Only lasted 1 year The product was fine while it worked. A year after purchase and the printer just stopped working. Won't even power on.
Worked great for 1 second It worked great upon initial set up and now I'm on tech support anytime I want to print anything. It's absurd. This printer is trash and customer service can't explain why I keep having this issue.
RIP OFF Alert. Product Died -- Complete rip off. Amazon is selling non- legit products Product Died within 90 days. Simply shut down. No power in the system at all. No help from Amazon. No help from Brother. No wonder Amazon sells these things for so cheap. Product and distribution support a joke. Never again.
Same Just bought this in July it's down. Never buy electronic from here anymore. I'll for sure buy at Costco.
Sleep mode not good! Goes into sleep mode and won't print. You have to manually go to printer push wifi buttons wait a minute to print everytime. Print fast because if it goes back into sleep mode it won't print again. It's a pain in the butt! Do no buy find a better printer.
Stopped working after 8 months This printer worked fine for the first six months. Then right after the tech support window closed, it started leaving blotches all over the paper. It would clear and be okay for a few weeks, then start again. I had another Brother printer just before this where the same thing happened. I bought a new drum (almost as expensive as a new printer), which fixed the problem for a month or two, then it came back. Difficult / can not add multiple 2350DW to a single WiFi network I'm adding two of these the same WiFi network. I connected the first to a Mac (OS 10.15.1 Catalina) via USB, and set up the WiFi connection using the web interface to the printer. I disconnected the printer and used the first printer via Wifi without problem. Not so much Purchased in March and now it is the first of December and it has been broken for two weeks. Completely dead, will not turn on, support period ended, do not pass go or collect $200 and avoid this printer.
