Do NOT buy a Brother Product! The printer ran out of toner within the first 2 months. Less then 1 ream of paper and the toner cartridge already required replacement. We bought a new genuine Brother toner cartridge, and that one printed a few sheets before the printer said to Replace Toner again. After over an hour of being on the phone with Brother's horrible customer service and having to escalate the call up two levels of management, we finally got Brother to send us a replacement toner cartridge. BEWARE: Colorful printer box was delivered with no outer box! -- Was stolen This is a good printer, wireless works well with my mac desktop. DON'T BUY!!!!!!!! The printer now has a ship that might not read your ink, that brings lots of problems if you print a lot of stuff in a day, I had two of the older version of these new one and never had a problem till it was old and ink started to leak to other paper and now this version ink is more money because of the ship on the ink and the reader in the printer. please avoid any printers with ship or ship reader. Not compatible with Google Cloud Print I bought this printer to use with my Chromebooks, since the Q&A clearly states it's compatible with CBs. Followed the straightforward instructions and, when trying to register at chrome://devices I kept getting error instructions. Tried calling Brother and they had me access the printer through the IP address on Chrome. Still no dice. The tech help at brother had no further suggestions. Reset "replace toner" error HLL2350DW Here's how to reset the "Replace Toner" message on HL-L2350DW 1. Open Cover 2. Press and release Back and Go at the same time, twice, in less than 2 seconds. (it took me a bunch of tries to get this to work right - I had to use separate hands for each button. How much do you really want to spend? I bought two of these because of the price and the "quality". One for home and one for college kid. Both of them stopped working after less than a year. All to do with the ink cartridges. First they don't use all the ink before you have to replace and then they won't accept one of the color cartridges (there are 4) and you are screwed. The whole printer stops. Seriously disappointed.
