Didn’t like that the room was not as advertised. Terrible quality. A/C unit was broken, carpet was torn. Also elevator was broken at times, and the employee who handles watching baggage was very rude.
Nothing i like the Personal lie and is very bad no more we come to this hotel. Breakfast only white bread and a bad coffee

Don’t book here ! Was absolute embarrassed I booked this hotel for my family trip ! Beds were aweful , roach fell in my daughters breakfast from ceiling !furniture in room was tore up. Someone knocked on my door asking me to stop shower due to flood in lobby. The hotel only has 2 elevators and 1 was down frequently. We were stuck in 17 th floor with all our luggage. Horrible

The management of the hotel doesn’t care about the quality of the beds We have to requested to move in 3 different rooms due to the bad conditions on mattress One of the rooms have fleas and chins bug We had bad experience! We don’t recommend it for anyone The elevators are too old… we have to called the emergency department 911 Due to the elevator was stuck on 12/1/24 No body was able to rescue until the paramedics arrived.
Very nice staff but poor quality elevators. Only 2 for large building. Heating in room mail function. Either got 100 degrees or 60! No in between so poor sleep! Also breakfast area should be condemned! Cold and small.
