Property condition and facilities need major work and update
Low rating because receptionists don’t care about people, who lives in the hotel. I came from Chicago with my husband for celebrating my birthday. And when I was just asking to change my room( higher view or something else) receptionist yelled at me and another one said why should they change me room. It was my birthday!!!! Any receptionists in Chicago can do it!!! Also the cleaning was daily what annoying us. When we put sticker on the door ‘do not disturb’, we found the letter under the door about cleaning daily. Front desk was helpful and friendly, but the cleaning staff was overwhelmed, we stayed 4 nights and 2 we didn't get any room service. The elevator stopped working on our last day. The only bright spot was it was convenient to all the BW shows. P S
They charged me extra resort fee for no reason. Expedia needs to look into this matter. I believe it’s Expedia issue. Lately, Expedia has disappointed me.
Proche de Time Square Hotel bien positionné pour visiter NewYork. La chambre est petite. Des que la ventilation fonctionne dans la SdB, ça pue le canabis !! La literie est hors d âge. Le petit dejeuner est tres correct mais il faut arriver tôt. Il y a sûrement mieux mais ce sera plus cher...
Hotel.com cancelled my reservation as a cash grab It started as soon as I got there the manager told me that hotels.com had cancelled my reservation as of 12 PM day of. Hotels.com did not have the decency to email or call me to tell me there was a problem with my booking but instead chose to just cancel my reservation so that I had to rebook it with them again at a higher rate which is complete utter garbage. they tried to take money for the first night without notifying me although I said I was going to pay at the location.... read more
