Staff was not friendly, not responding to request made on phone. Delay in services and when asked to clean the room, they came inside the room and took the DO NOT DISTURB sign and then said we put that outside so we did not clean your room.
I reserved 2 rooms 2 1/2 months in advance my reservation was canceled without notice. My family and I got to property late in the evening and was told our reservation wasnt in system and all the rooms were booked. I did get a confirmation that both rooms were confirmed from expedia. The guy at the front desk didnt seem to care and told me it was expedias fault but no one notifed about any changes. Lots of issues with door keys, checking in, long waits.
The bathtub floor is literally black with dirt. They have l Painted the tub to try and clean it up. Towels not replaced one day. We asked the housekeeper. She said she would bring some. She didnt. Stains on the carpet floor. If air conditioner was not on, the room smelled bad.
1. Prepaid all nights through hotel.com but hotel is still proceed the payment by first 3 days when I argue 2 times then stop the payment. 2. Air conditioner could not be adjustable and super cool all the time. 3. The escalators are very poor and always shut down. Says can WhatsApp their front desk for pick up services by foreigners but do not have WhatsApp services by the appointed phone number. Need to call them but almost waiting at least 10 mins to pick me up. 4. The keys both of them are not working.
