Horrible service. Staff is awful. Rooms are too expensive and fridge didn't work and air didn't work properly. None of the staff seemed to care. Maintenance man said none of the fridges worked and to put ice in the sink. Will not be back and will not recommend

This place was bad. The air conditioning didn't work and the room smelled god awful and the TV remote battery's were dead had to use our batteries in it. If this place was the only to stay in st.louis I'll just drive the three hours back home.

What they charge for a completely self service hotel is outrageous. Booked 2 rooms and was quoted $189.00 per room per night. Not a person there to assist with luggage, and unless you want a $2.99 soda they offered nothing. Just walk across the street to the casino and they have it all there. Checkout was given an invoice for $243.00 for each room. Base rate was wrong, and the complimentary parking is $15.00 . When questioned about the room rate we were told to prove it. Go to a Holiday Inn express, they're better.

The buffet was terrible. The crab tasted rubbery and like a hose. Completely inedible. The pork loin and the prime rib were both dried out so much that it tasted like cardboard. The rolls were hard like rocks. All around bad.

we had reservations for Saturday night and Sunday night (5/13/17-5/14/17). I even called Friday to verify my reservations and was informed everything was good to go. When I get to the hotel Saturday evening there were multiple people upset in the lobby. I find out that they sold people's rooms out from underneath them... well apparently I was one of those (not so) lucky customers. No coffe carafe in our room to make coffee, lighting in the room sucked and the view was of a huge air conditioning unit. When my husband called about shuttle service the lady was very rude on the phone! We really wanted some coffee this morning. There are just too many places to choose from to stay around that area. Oh, one more thing, our refrigerator didn't work, maintenance came and looked at it and said it was a cooler. Not! The last time we were here was about 10 years ago. It was nice then but they obviously haven't invested a dime back into the place since then. Where to start about the hotel, the broken rotating front door to the hotel, the broken thermostat in our room (too hot, had a hard time sleeping), the general disrepair of the hotel, the amenities fee $30 for parking charge (but we didn't drive) for the wifi (but we didn't use it) 'it's a mandatory fee no matter what' "maybe you should have told me that at check-in.", drunks allowe... read more

We went on a Monday, one place to eat, was dead!!! The next morning we had to wait till 9 am fir breakfast. Very disappointed. It is clean and pretty though
