Bad services the tv was not working and the coffee maker not working too
Between February an March I played at this Casino an lost 6,000 in their slots, they have the tightest slot machines ever!!!!!! I know playing that much money is sad but to take 500 a trip and not win ever is very sad!! I even put 1,000 in one machine an didn't hit nothing over 50$ this is truly a sad place that dose not play fair!!
This casino has the tightest slots. I very rarely go to this one but since it's only 10 mins away I decided to give them a try, never again I will travel the 20 plus mins from now on
I made reservations on Wednesday morning for the 4 Seasons hotel for Thursday evening. When I arrived there they told me I wasn't in their system and when they called their supervisor they said that they have a room for me at lumere hotel. I asked why when I scheduled it for 4 Seasons and their reply was that they pick where I stay which the customer should be able to pick where they want to stay. I have been wanting to give a little feedback on Lumiere Place based off of our last visit, April 1st – April 5th. I tried finding a contact email on the website, but there wasn’t one. We visit St. Louis usually twice per year for baseball games and we’ve always stayed at Lumiere Place (The Four Seasons once). I have to say this last trip was a little disappointing. you have to jump through hoops to get offers, to get your parking fee back, jump though hoops, go here , go there, oh no not here over there, two free buffets, get in line wait forever to get to cashier at restaurant, hand cashier two free buffets offer, oh no take this over there, get out of line get in another line, redeem offer get back into line at restaurant wait for 20 more minutes finally get to table, when I got to Hollywood we just take offer to cashier at restaurant and get seated right away, no jumping through hoo... read more
Horrible. Didn't have our room when we called before we got there to let them know we would be checking in a little later. So we had to wait two hours for them to clean a new room for us. When we got up there the floor was disgusting, clearly not vacuumed, smelled like marijuana and had cigarette burns everywhere. We requested a non smoking room from the beginning. We clearly got a room that they just placed no smoking signs in before we got there. Very dissapointed. They need some work.
Went to the lumiere casino for the first time and it was absolutely horrible. When you ask an employee a question they look at ur like your dumb and give u short answers. Should have never wasted our money goin there never going back!!!!!
