Gaming is fun, but, the food selections leave so much to be desired and hostesses at OZZIES are just plain rude!!! The Diner was closed, Ozzie s and the Buffet post closed signs sometimes because there isn't enough staff. Late at night it just gets worse! How can such a place in such a great location be so "Unfriendly" to customers?
Too much smoke..... bartender made great drinks!!!
We stayed at this hotel last night 4/1 and I was absolutely disappointed by the events that occurred. We went by at 2:30 to get a parking pass and see if our room might be available. We suspected it might not be since regular check in is at 4pm. It wasn't, No big deal. We went back shortly after 4 and they told us our room was still not ready. Okay... Service was horrible, rooms not cleaned, bathroom tub had hair from previous guest all over it,employees smelled like liquor, joy riding in the wheelchair in the lobby, staff could not find the reservation that I made for my client as their travel agent. Refrigerator in the room still had half used juice and water from the previous guest. Requested late check out however cleaning staff refused to clean room after my clients checked out.
We had reservation for 6 months and a 4:00 pm check in and got there at 4:30pm and the rooms were not ready .how can the room not be ready lazy staff..
I stayed at the Lumiere last night and it was the worst experience I have ever had with a hotel. We tried to check in at 4 and the room wasn't ready. So we went to our room leaving our bag in the security room. We came back at 6 and the room still wasn't ready because housekeeping was behind. So I wasn't able to use a room the entire day which was what I had planned to do and at that point I had left my event twice to check in and was unable to. The room was absolutely filthy!! The carpets were disgusting, and there was hair all in the tub and on the bathroom floor. I called down and requested that the bathroom be cleaned. No one ever came!! For as much as the rooms cost, the rooms should be spotless!! The buffet food was subpar, and it was always out of the only decent food. We will not be back!!
Rude staff. Gross rooms. Gross bathrooms. Non Smoking Rooms smell like cigarette smoke. Filing a complaint with health department.
