I just drove 9 and a half hours to check in at the hotel lumiere in st louis only to find out that at TEN THIRTY PM my room wasn't ready with a reservation weeks in advance (as if 9 hours shouldn't have been enough in the first place!!!)!!! They didn't even offer any compensation at all and only finally did VERY little after I complained enough, all she was going to do at first is say "sorry" and shrug her shoulders!!! Went to the Casino with my Daughter for an evening of Dinner and slots. The first piece of Chicken I bit into was actually raw in the center, which tells me that the Chicken was still partially frozen when it was fried. Needless to say, that was the end of our dinner. We left the Kitchen Buffet and the Casino, since no one there seemed to care. Bad Experience!!
We were there for an event. The entire place reeks of smoke, including the restaurants.
the hotel was under reconstruction. the automatic revoling door did not wor so we had to push our way through. I know my friend didn't like the colors. we brought our swimsuits but the pool was under renovation. all in all it was a poor situation
I lose every single time I come here. Save your money people! Also, the drinks are TRASH!
