Disappointed that they didn't honor the room type we reserved. My spouse and I were traveling with our baby and needed a king sized bed. When we got there, we were told they didn't have any left to honor our reservation. No apology, no nothing. Other than that, the room was nice. Had a terrible time getting hot water. It never got above lukewarm so showering wasn't enjoyable.

No microwave poor wifi signal if your here for more then 1 day how do you warm up your food how can you use your PlayStation 4 up when the wifi sucks great room nice and clean beds are very comfy but to be 4 star I would love to use the wifi and be able to wash my clothes. We had to Google for the closet laundry mat near by smh even the cheap hotels have laundry!!!!

We have stayed at this hotel quite a few times , and have always thoroughly enjoyed each visit. The food has always been good and the staff pleasant. And rooms were clean. Will come back again. This trip there were six of us and all are going home winners but two of us. Stayed two nights

I thought going to a place like this one it would be a wonderful experience. Having a buy one night get one free seemed like a great deal until I realized how horrible this place was. First off, don't go eat at the restaurants here. Especially at Ozzies. Terrible food and terrible service. Terrible! Secondly, the hotel has a $50 deposit fee for each day. Okay that's okay. The hotel was going through renovations and we didn't think it would be a problem until every morning they'd wake you up at 7:30am! Who does that?! When yo... read more

1, you need better employees to clean you rooms.. and you guys need to set a high bar for you standard... 2 , haven't been here in a while , so we decided to come on down. I'm at this hotel right now. It's been a rather unpleasant experience. When we first walked into our room, my wife asked me why I booked a smoking room. The thing is, it's supposed to be non-smoking. There is a very distinct smoke smell, though. The temperature control on the shower is terrible. We had a very difficult time getting it to an acceptable temperature. We visit and have visited many times over the past several years. However, every since Tropicana bought it from Pinnacle, the entire property and customer service have really suffered.. including valet, the kitchen buffet is horrendous, ozzies has good food and atmosphere but horrible service.. however, I keep returning because I do win fairly decent in the casino.. have been wanting to visit river city casino due to being owned by pinnacle!! I'm sure there customer service standards are much higher.

I was extremely disappointed in both the casino and the hotel. The hotel was definitely the worst of the two. Our room itself was a nice room, but it was filthy. The sink was dirty in the bathroom, the toilet literally had someone else's hair on it when we arrived, the counter in the main part of the suite and the table were dirty. The floor in the room looked like it hadn't been vacuumed in months, and the TV did not have any type of cable or satellite so we were only able to turn it on and look at snow. Well of coure they sell you acoholic drinks @ $8 dollars a glass for just a draft beer! Here it is my wife and i stayed two days... On the second night had a few drinks just like they expect you to do and was playing a slot by entrance my wife and i where sitting there have a normal conversation. Out of the blue a security guard comes up and says out of no where...ma'am under Missouri state law is you can not be intoxicated on the casino floor!! You will have to leave!!
