They are under construction and it woke us up everyday @8am!!! No ice machine had to wait over an hour for a housekeeper to bring us some then the front desk girl was very rude
The casino needs work. I was gambling last night and had more than one person come up to me begging for money. There should be more security to weed out the homeless people walking thru the casino. This is unacceptable.
Bad parking. Rude and poorly trained staff. Dirty premises. Tight slot machines. Poor dealers, a lack of security and the few security people are extremely rude. Poor/lacking player rewards. Inadequate hotel. Poor systems controls. Phony hosts and hostesses. This is the worst casino operation in the St. Louis Metropolitan area. Upset they did away with the all you can eat crab legs $10 for that little amount of crap was very disappointing and the line was extremely long just to get in the buffet
I will never stay here again!!! I am here for a very large women's conference and they never told us that the hotel was under construction! The noise level from the construction was very annoying and bothersome.... the hotel should have offered us a discount... due to the construction, there was no ice unless you called the front desk and it took over an hour and then was told that I needed to come fown and get my own ice! This hotel was very disappointing!
Zero customer service - I was in front of the gift shop and was told by a employee that I could not charge my phone here as I waited for my city tour pick up and " go by the elevators to charge it but only for 5 minutes ". Seriously - I was going to spend time in the casino after my city tour but change my mind after that rude comment by staff. Even another customer walking by was appalled and made a comment to me about how crazy this was.
Don't go here with kids. I learned that the hard way. Because it's a casino hotel kids must be with someone 21 or older at all times. Meaning my 15 and 18 yr old could not walk through the hotel (not casino) without me. Ridiculous. They also could not stay in the room by themselves. Ridiculous.
