Take the GO RAMS off your marqee. Kroenke screwed the city and by leaving took business away from the casino and hotel.
Your sign still says Go Rams. Change it. This makes you look out of date and like you don't even care enough to keep up with current LOCAL events. Why would I want to stay?
My room smells like someone smoked a whole truck load of cigs and our bathroom looks like it wasn't cleaned before we got here if i could get our money back we'd go to another town tonight to stay but its 11:45 and they don't do refunds, would not recommend anyone to stay here unless you want to pay 100 bucks to stay in a fancy looking crack hotel
My and friends and I reserved a room two months prior to my best friend's bachelorette party. We paid in full an amount close to $400. We chose this hotel because it is right across from the landing, and of course the access to the casino. We also called two days before to make sure there weren't any problems with our room because we were driving 1.5 hours away from home. Lady yells at me that I can't park there... it's a handicap parking area..I'm handicapped but not a Black or Hold card holder... she didn't say that or ask me either untill I pull onto another spot and get out to ask her. If this is ok. And she said no you don't have a Black or Gold card. You can't park there either. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I see why they are remodeling. The place is dated. I look forward to returning after the remodel.
Tiffany at checkin was awesome!! Great smile great customer service,, it all went downhill after that ,, leftover food in fridge from other occupants , maintenance called our room at 2:20 am and said we had complained about tub leaking or fridge leaking,, we said no and they were like yes you did!! Unacceptable!! Calling at 2:20 am?!!! What is wrong with them?? Then I took a shower and noticed dirty rag from previous occupant on top shower bar..
