We did not receive the room that we had booked which did not fit the needs of our family. The room we were given was dirty upon checking in, with cigarette butts in a bottle on the balcony. The balcony opened to a construction site (their new building) which does construction on Saturday. It woke my two year old up very early. We were moved into a new room the next day but it also was not very clean, we were once again next to the construction zone. There was not room to budge much at all for these inconveniences. Filthy dirty rundown property. Hotel was run down and extremely dirty. In definite need of a drastic facelift. Carpet was torn, wallpaper falling off, fingerprints on walls, black moldy tile in shower, patii chair was broken but that was ok because we overlooked a filthy awning so wouldn’t have used it anyway, AC worked intermittently and my list goes on. Definitely would not recommend nor would I ever stay at this property again.

We stayed in the new cabana tower. There was construction everywhere which meant getting around property was very difficult with a stroller. Cell phone service was basically non existent in the cabana tower on Verizon both data and cell. The remodel seemed nice but for the price we were paying for a fire pit room our expectations were not met.

Horrible Service, Great Location The good: the location, the views, the history! The bad: We reserved a daybed on the beach planning to hang out until the 4pm check-in time, around 2 the app told us our room was ready early and since the kids were tired we packed up on the beach and headed to the reception desk.
