awful stay This is a terrible hotel. The hotel is under construction and they are under staffed. they should not take so many guests! Hotel management is problematic. It takes about one hour to check in and one hour to get a table for the breakfast. The room cleaning is not done per requested. everything takes forever to get it done. staff are not friendly. The billings are not correct. what more can a hotel do wrong?

Acknowledging the fact this resort is a piece of history, the property is not going to be updated like other hotels/resorts I have stayed at previously. Besides the smell and the condition of the main hotel, cleanliness was terrible. My headboard had giant yellowish spots, the bathroom had water stains, the wallpaper in the bathroom was peeling, the shower head itself was rusted and looked disgusting. For 600 a night you could at least have a clean liner for the shower curtain they cost 2.99 on Amazon. We only given 2 small bottles of water. The designer toiletries a joke and there wasn’t a pen or pad of paper to be found. I would not recommend this property to anyone. I will never stay at another Hilton.

I didn't like the fact that when i called for service no one ever picked up the phone it was just a recording also we had a 11:00 am check out time but the cleaning crew was at our door at 9:00 am for us to leave there was supposed to be a free breakfast but there was not one there was a parking fee of $ 40.00 at to our bill that we were no aware of and also other charges so it was not a great stay for me.
