The beach are was beautiful. For the price of the rooms, the hotel was a huge disappointment! Smelly, old, small and not what you would expect. Bathroom had no counter space. I could list many of the disappointing factors. Take your money and stay elsewhere

This place is highly overrated. Sure the grounds are nice and the building is beautiful, however the rooms are old and trash and the service was terrible. They overbooked for the staff which is a hotel problem and not a staff issue. People were complaining non stop and there were huge lines everywhere. Felt more like a cruise than a top dollar resort.

Demand my money back!!! Unacceptable My family and I went on a vacation to rest from the daily stress only to go to more stress. The hotel elevator was broken and we had a stroller that did not fit in the tiny elevator which was way on the other side of our room. We had ants in our room which I reported and I requested a room downstairs since the stroller which is a normal sized stroller did not fit in the elevator which only opened half way. Is the worst day I ever had!!! It was a horrible stay I will not be staying there ever again. the air conditioning in my room did not work requested someone to come look at it And I got no response....on our last night at 10:45 at night I went down to the front desk and demanded to be move to be to a different room. I got to my new room approximately at midnight there was no sense of urgency at all.. It seems that they're trained to just apologize and not do anything about it they sound like robot.
