The property was old and service was terrible. We asked them to clean our room for days and they never did. We had to purchase toilet paper and towels from a store since they never cleaned our room during our week stay.

Would not go back to property. Sun deck cafe closed at 5pm leaving you with nothing to feed the family after a full beach day. No food or drink service on the beach. Absolutely zero incentives for staying at Del Coronado.

We are very disappointed with the room given to us. Balcony was unavailable as it was across the construction and dirty/dusty. We were told that the room has an ocean view (although we did not ask for it), however it was a little bit of ocean view behind the construction. The room was surrounded by construction. We asked for room change (this is a disrespect to a client who reached there after a long trip), they could not arrange during the first night. If you want to stay in a noisy, motel 6 that smells bad book a room in the Victorian building, if you want to stay in a clean updated room make sure you stay in the cabana rooms. There was no valet, the pool was closed most of the one day we had to enjoy it due to “chemical issues” which was very upsetting to my kids, and our original room was literally disgusting.
