When I arrived I knew that I was early for 4pm check in. We went to the sun deck eat and had drinks enjoyed the Beautiful view. When I wasn’t called back after 4:00 I went to front to ask what My next step was but I received nothing but attitude, rudeness and horrible facial expression from the blonde three station over in reception area. My son was there for his wedding weekend also received horrible reception also for a 4 check in didn’t get room till after 6. Horrible stay! Worst hotel accommodations. Totally inconvenient. A complete nightmare.

Under Construction No one told us the hotel entrance, lobby, gift shop, ballroom, restaurant and everything historic about the hotel was closed and inaccessible to guests. We booked an ocean suite…got a view of the construction crew beginning work at 5AM!!! Very disappointing, would not have booked if we knew. Check the status before you book this hotel.

Too much construction going on, lobby is closed. Construction started before 7am not cool when paying such a high price for a nice relaxing vacation and you can't even sleep in.
